How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you complete the contact form, we will retain that information during the process of making formal contact with you. We will retain the form until we have invoice or other more formal business communications, or 60 days has passed -at which point we will detail it.

If comments, or forms, are used in an illegal way, we will retain the data as proof of activity and may pass them on to the appropriate authorises.
